Customer service is useless. They don't answer emails, if you call them they open a ticket and it gets forgotten. Hard to open investment accounts if you don't have a TIE. Very frustrated with the experience.

You somtimes grow tired or trying to log in. I do not know whether it is the app or the service, but it can become unusable and frustrating. This makes me think it is not worth it to use myinvestor and maybe it would be better to switch to a different service
